Great Aunt Hester Jester

Here's my latest puzzle. Aunt Hester was born Laura H. Harris, Nov 1909 in Indianapolis, Ind area to Charles R. Harris and Audrey Humbert Harris. I know at some point she lived in San Francisco and she had married a man named Guy Jester (supposedly husband #7). I had been researching my Harris/Humbert family history for many years, unable to break through the very large brick wall that stood before me.
