I assumed Elizabeth (Barnett) was everyone's mother. I have info that Samuel and Elizabeth were married Sept. 15, 1830 in Johnson, Indiana.

- I married into the Dickerson family in 1971. My husband was Samuel Dickerson's g-g-g-g-grandson. Samuel's son James Dickerson is buried near Galt, Mo at Union Grove Cemetery with his 2nd wife. His 1st wife was Indiana Dickerson the mother of John Dickerson my husband's g-g-grandfather. I had Samuels family coming from New Jersey. I believe his father was Caleb Dickerson, (1773-1844)son of Philemon Dickerson (1739-1777).
