Alfred Thomas ADAMS b. Crick, Northamptonshire, England 7th November 1853 - was a beehive manufacturer/builder son of Thomas ADAMS b. West Haddon, Northamptonshire b. 1818 - was a wheelwright/surveyor - is my great grandfather.

I can find John Adams and his family only on the 1850 census in Rochester New York.
