Yes, they did, Frederick. On the 1910 census, my gggrandfather says he if from Germany. By the 1920 census, they state they came from Pennsylvania! :-) The street they lived on in Jersey City was called Germania Avenue, after changed to Liberty…

William died 28 Nov 1956 in East Orange city perhaps he was buried beside her .That would give her death date
