Wooo! I've been "friended"! Thanks, Debbra. I'm new to this social networking stuff, but can already see how addictive it is. So much to learn, so little time...and so many wonderful people like you!

Thank Debra, yes I do collect but I am afraid I don't have many old ones. My mother had hundreds but when she died Dad threw the lot in the tip. She also had hundreds of postcards from the first world war, including silk card but luckily she sent them to the National War Memorial, so there safe.

I could talk forever about our year in England. My husband taught and we toured every weekend. It was wonderful! But I don't know much to say about the graveyards. We call our trip the church and pub tour, and we saw many churches, but we only searched a few graveyards for family. We loved the Celtic crosses, however, and went on quests to find them. How do you move comments to topics? Teresa

Hi Debbra,
I am good. My most recent project has been to complete a timeline for Melcher Pottery and Other Potteries associated with the family through out Ky, In, Ia, Oh, etc. It is quite the task!! lol Denise
