Why, yes, since 1979: Karl has cracked hundreds of cases. Some folks have actually paid him for the data, documents, efforts, images, results, skill & time{:>)

Expensive?  No, Ma'am.  We find in one day what most folks don't find in a lifetime.  Expensive is when you spend 30 years just looking for what we find in one month.

Lynell & I now have 62+ kind kudos on that's just since 2008--& that's just from folks on Linkedin!  We are busy "drinking from the well" of original records. In just the first half of 2011, we have already set a new milestone in that we've now found more ancestors in more locations in less time for even just ONE client--THAN EVER!  1,000 images digitally preserved; many uploaded to both to the clients' trees; most to, where the client reports are retrievable by anyone with whom we share the link!

AND: On 30 June 2011, we cracked two cases in Poland, i.e. Tscheschen-Glashütte, Schlesien, Preussen.  The client cried twice--once when I ordered the microfilms; once when we found the male & female target ancestors: JANITZKI, et var & KRAUSE !  So much to do; so little time...

FIVE Census records found for Fae, our newest member! 1930, 1920, 1910 ,1900, 1880! Isn't that great news? She owes me NOTHING for that work. However, if she would like analyzed, annotated, enlarged & templated images of those records, there is a reasonable fee expected. I regret that people actually want me to pay for the items I select from the grocery store & that my landlord really wants me to pay rent. If you are interested in some expert counsel & research, please email 1-888-456-7252

Sorry, forgot to add that the family appear to have changed their name (officially or otherwise; have not yet determined) during the First World War years to HAUGHTON ...

Has anyone come across HAGESTADT or know the best way to research ancestors from Oldenburg?
I have traced some of my dad's cousin's ancestry back to John Arendt HAGESTADT and his brother Henry, born in Oldenburg, who came over to England some time between 1807 and 1843.

Hi Debbe, Thank you for your persistence in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds. By taking that mind-set, I have solved cases that others said could not be solved! There are never any guarantees, but try we must, by going into the side-door or even the basement window if necessary{;>)

So, OK, order Gemeindelexikon Schlesien. FHL call number 943 E5kp [that's a book, so you have to order instead FHL film number 491042]. Look in the back of the book, i.e. microfilm, to find Klein Lauersitz in the index. It will tell you the chapter & entry # within that chapter.

Once you find the specific listing for Klein Lauersitz, then over to the far right (usually the next page over), it will give the name of the Evangelical Lutheran & Catholic parish town names that were responsible for Klein Lauersitz. Tell me what those two names are. Better: Email me a scanned copy.

Were your target ancestors Lutheran or Catholics?

These several posts will now conclude your complimentary initial consultation. For further advice or consultation or research, please send a retainer from $100 to $1,000, depending on how much time you wish to have me at your service{;>)

I understand those records were destroyed so there is NO LDS films I can used..

Just tell me what films to order and I will do it.. but you can see the information online... that I have on the Helbig.. Any other suggestion I would be happy to hear.. I am open to IDEAS...

I have Kleinlauersitz (Luboszyce Male) Prov Leszczynskie?
Herrnlauersitz (Luboszyce)
Schabenau(zabin , Poland)
Oderbeltsch (Belcz Wielki)

I have written to Warsaw - no records
I realized that there was a war but there must be SOME paper TRAIL...

I can't find WHEN Karl Friedrich Ernst HELBIG and Maria Emilie SCHWARZ DIED... I was told that all the GERMAN were force to LEAVE Poland after WWII... So where did they GO....

I am running out of Ideas... I EVEN wrote to the International RED cross - thinking that they might be war prisoniers or something... They didn't find any records...
