I have got most of my info from West Virginia Division of Culture and History but non on Leo Douglas>Here is what I have on Leo I was able to find a Leo W. (William) Douglas in the 1930 census listed as a inmate in West Virginia State Penitentiary in Moundsville, West Virginia. (Roll 2543; Page: 5B; Enumeration District: 8; Image: 304.0.) It recorded his age as 19 (thus making is birth year in 1911) and him as being a cook. Also, he is listed in the 1920 census living in Crown Hill, Kanawha County, West Virginia. He was 8 years old (being born in 1911-1912). His mothers name was Cora (which she was widowed) and his siblings were Roy, Harold, Annie, Mack. Also it looks like that he remarried a woman by the name of Dorothy Lee Bostic on Aug 26, 1961. It records that he was 50 years old, divorced, and born in Kanawha County, West Virginia and that Dorothy was 50, widowed, and also born in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Both resided at 1099 Georges Drive, Charleston, West Virginia. Ray W. Fink was the minister that performed the marriage ceremony.

Finally, I found Leo W. Douglas in the Social Security Index. It records that he was born on 3 Feb 1911 and died Jan 1984 in Charleston, Kanawha, West Virginia. Someone sent me this info on Leo but I am still not sure that this Leo is the my great grandfather. I need to find out what Coras last name before she got married and an obit for Leo.

Is there a Wetzel county site on My family. Couldn't figure out how to find it after a look at Clay and Webster county. If anyone has relatives in either of those counties they are wonderful sites. Dianne

Nope, each site is separate, managed by different people, you can only access them if you are a member of that particular site. Complicated, but that is one of their safeguards, especially for folks who use it as a personal family communication tool. Now you can do a search for sites (have you found that yet?) and request an invitation from as many individual sites as you want, but it still requires an invitation.
