My husband's great Aunt was Nellie Warner b March of 1868 in Carlton, Kewaunee, WI. Her mother Amanda Barnes Warner died in 1884 in Chase, Oconto, WI. In 1887 she moved to Kansas with her brother Ira C Warner & her Father William Warner. Ira married Zubedah Gaut and died about 1893 in Valley Falls, Jefferson, KS. Nellie's father married Nance Minerva Hall in 1887 and died in May of 1905 in Cawker City, Mitchell, KS. Where did Nellie go?
My husband's Great-grandmother, Amanda Ellen Barnes, was born between 1835-1840 and married William Warner.in 1856 or 57. First child, Ira C Warner, was born in WI in 1858. Daughters were Alice and Nellie. She died in WI in 1884. Could anyone find info about their marriage and her family? Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
My Hanke-Rosner connections were variously in Germany, Austria and now Poland & Czech Republic respectively. (The towns didn't move, just the country names). How does one research that?
