Weston State Cemetary in Weston WV

My great grandfather was sent to Weston State Hospital in the mid 1920s and stayed there until he died in 1948.  My grandmother knew very little about him and its only been recently that I even found his death cert online.   I'm going to guess he's buried in Weston State Cemetary.  His name isn't on FindaGrave. so I'm not sure.  Is anyone nearby that area that maybe they could take a peek and see if a headstone or something is in there with his name on it?  He was William Jackson Whetsel born…See More

For what reason did you start genealogy research?
My maternal grandmother researched the family history several generations back. My paternal grandmother knew very little about her parents. Family legend on my paternal side also said of Native American in the family tree. I've been around genealogy research my whole life
