Over the past 100 plus years, many northeastern West Virginia couples have elected to travel to Maryland to get married.  As I understand it, there was no three day waiting period.  Does anyone know how to find out who from West Virginia got married there? I would assume that you would have to know the county in Maryland.  Does Maryland publish this information on-line?

I'm researching Bowman, Sheetz, Arnold, Shaffer, Corbin, and French families in the Hampshire, Mineral, and Hardy Co. areas of WV. I'd love to share information with anyone else working on these families.
