Hi!
I am interested in any information about my Woodside family who lived in Northern Ireland. I have been able to go back to:
Samuel Woodside, born 1761 in Carnduff, Ballycastle; died June 22, 1824 in Carnduff, Ballycastle. He married Margaret Unknown who was born in 1757. Both Samuel and Margaret are buried in Ramoan Old Graveyard, (Ramoan Presbyterian Church), Ballycastle.
I haven't been able to verify this info with birth/death records, so I'm hoping it's accurate and would love to know Margaret's last name.
My grandfather was Samuel Frazer Woodside, born in Ballycastle, Ireland. His parents were William Woodside and Margaret Frazer.
I'd appreciate any information on this family, as well as the following surnames: Frazer and Creighton.

Hi Everyone!
I'm a cousins to Dawn Smyth Hicks who posted our interest down below!
We've been working together for a few years now on our family lineage from Ireland and other places on my grandfather's side of the tree the Deering/Dearing's.
I'm also looking for the surname Forbes in the Irish location too! More than likely in the County Armagh Ireland area. This is my father's side of the family tree.

Searching for McCoy in Sixmilecross, Tyrone Co., Northern Ireland. As well as McElmurray from Loughmacrory > Mullinmore. Have some records from Church of Ireland (Termonmaguirke). John McCoy m Margaret McElmurray. We would love to connect with our Ulster Scots Irish cousins!

My father has participated in the Family Tree Y-DNA MacKay project. With no surname matches to date. He is third generation American...go figure? I know, I know, but... the McCoy males in our family look too much ALIKE !! :o)

My Irish indterests are DEARING/DEERING, MORISON, CROSS, McCRACKEN WALKER and perhaps WILSON. Most were from Monaghan and came to Canada between 1835 and 1850. The WALKERs were from Tyrone. It was said that one of the DEARINGs was from Armagh but looking at the various divisions, and looking at the births and marriages for the other siblings, it is thought they could have lived in Monaghan, which was int he nolrth at that time, and worshipped in Arnagh. Much speculation!

My GILROY's, KEMPs and DEYELLs settled in Hope, Curham County, Ontario in the 1840's and then moved to Lambton County, Ontario in the 1870s. I do not kinow where the CATHCARTs originated in Ireland.

I am researching my parent's family tree - they come from Tyrone, my father's Cummings and Shields family from round Clonoe and my mother's family Devlin from Stewartstown. It's been difficult to get information since so little is online; it would be great to hear from researchers in this area.

I am researching George St. Clair de Talma from Macroom, county Cork. He married Letitia Elizabeth Daly in Macroom on 8 November 1860. At the time of his marriage George was a staff sergeant in the West Cork artillery. His father's name was Octavious Casar de Talma. Octavious was an officer in the Irish army.
Letitia's father was called James Daly, a farmer. Where did they come from, where did they die ?
I would appreciate any suggestions for further research. I live in The Netherlands and have not been able to find any more information online than the above.
I have tried e-mailing Macroom Library, but had no reply ...
