"Pat,  Is it possible that McGregor was a married name and her maiden name was Slye?  That would explain finding no marriage for Slye and Mooney.  She would have used her married name as that was the name at the time of he r marriage…"

HelloI have a Charles Mooney who married a Margaret around 1926 in Philadelphia.As there was a MARGARET GALLAGHER who married a CHARLES MOONEY in 1928 on the Philadelphia Marriages Index I assumed that was the correct marriage.It has now emerged that the Margaret who married Charles may be MARGARET SLYE but I cannot find a MARGARET SLYE marrying a CHARLES MOONEY between 1920-1930.I have located the MARGARET SLYE in question aged 16 living with JOHN MALLOY and family at 3611 N 16th Street,…See More

Deceased Name: RICHARD F. HYLAND
RICHARD F. HYLAND, 86, of Cherry Hill, formerly of the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia, died Tuesday at his son's home in Cherry Hill.

Mr. Hyland was an accountant for AT&T in New York City for 45 years. He retired in 1971. Born in Philadelphia, he was a graduate of Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia and Temple University. He was the widower of Jennie Mooney Hyland.

Survivors: two sons, Richard F. of Cherry Hill and William P. of Warminster, Pa.; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

Services: viewing, 10 a.m. tomorrow, St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 2001 Springdale Rd., Cherry Hill; Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at the church; burial, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, Pa., by Schetter Funeral Home, Cherry Hill.

Memorial donations: American Cancer Society, 410 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights, N.J. 08035.
