It is the last entry (entry number 4) and it is my grandmother, Olga Johanne BERNTSEN.
Could you please translate 1) the headings at the top of the page. 2) The actual entry 3) The column for the parents Bernt OLSEN and Bertha ERIKSEN has dates. Would this have been their birth year? 4) The column to the right of the parents.
I have saved the image of the page but don't know how to paste the permanent page link. I can send the page as an attachment via email if you like. My email address is stephen.gunter1@btopenworld.com

Torill ~ Thank you so much for the information regarding further websites to locate more information on my father, Per Hilding Persson (b.1902) and Swedish ancestors. I haven't had time to search them yet, but I'm going to. If I can do anything for you to help in any way here in the United States, please call upon me. I am a subscriber to Ancestry.com, and the LDS Church has a free website, Familysearch.org, which has a lot of information. There are many other genealogy sites here, but so far Ancestry.com is probably the best that I am aware of. Also, I have personally found immigration information via EllisIsland.org. If you would like to email me personally without going through Genealogywise.com, my personal email address is writestuf2@yahoo.com. I welcome your comments or question. Thank you! Cordially, Sue Pearson Greichunos
