Debbie Winchell (Loving Dove) said… Thank you for adding the link on the Native American vital records on the Mayflower Families site. I found Neg, a servant to Madam Thacher, who married Betty Cunnit. I've been trying to find the ancestors of my great-grandfather Alexander M. Thatcher, who said nothing about his background, for years. I'll have to research this couple and see what I find.

- My husband's great grandfather was James Frank LaLone, Amity, IA. His first wife was Eve Pierson. We believe they were married in MI. Frank (he used Frank, not James) was born in New York. His obit said he was born in Ogden, NY but family tradition says he was born on LaLone Island. One census states his father was born in Fr. Canada and mother born in Eng Canada. Have you done any research on this family?
