What is your level of genealogy knowledge?
Advanced Family History Researcher
For what reason did you start genealogy research?
My mother asked me back in 1998 to start researching my gr.grandmother (her grandmother who had raised her, after her mom "passed" when my mom was a child of about 6-8yrs old. My mom & her siblings want to know the histories of both their grandfather & grandmother (maternal)....This search is continual & has been started over @ least 3x's due to puter/virus's & crashes & losses of data...last crash in 2004- 53,000 names/dates/etc lost...currently rebuild is now saved in multiple places & is back between 12-13000 with many more yet to be added..(have them..just haven't had time to re-add all data yet)...I am far from an expert...or professional..but have learned a few things over the last 15-16 years of research.
Do you have a genealogy website or blog?,
