I am a member of El Toyon Chapter NSDAR in Stockton, California. I am the Registrar for our chapter an office I have held for 4 years. My patriot ancestor is Abner Womack who served as a private from North Carolina. I have supplemental patriot ancestors: John Beam (North Carolina), Henry Wilson (Virginia), Richard Thomas (North Carolina), Nathaniel Hayden (Massachusetts), Batson Naylor (Maryland).

If anyone needs help with their application let me know, I'd love to help.

My father's cousin is a DAR member. I have planned to join for a long time, but just never have researched what I need to document to join, using her as my reference. Since she is 90 years old, I really need to get this done soon...

I'm a member of Letitia Green Stevenson Chapter in Illinois. My patriot is Robert PARKS. Will be adding at least two more, possibly two additional (if I can find better proofs of service).

Hope to join the DAR. Trying to prove connections to Daniel Hillman served Northampton Co Penn as Private. wife Heathy Craig. Daniels son Henry married Harriet Mohahan . Their son Daniel married Mary Lane.I'm 5 generations later. Will census records help prove lineage?

In my family tree I have

John McWilliams b 1751 VA Revolutiony War

Description: Served as PVT under Capt. Phillips Taliferus, Also designated as Capt. Massern & Nathaniel Meloches Co. 2nd of VA Regt., Commanded by Col Greylord Smith & William Brent. Last on the payroll of Co. for Nov 1779 .

I have more, but I think John will be the easiest, and I am trying to do this for all the girls in family that want to join. My chapter has not contacted me yet?

I want to join the Judith Robinson Chapter in Mississippi through my ancestor Peter Quin and Judith Robinson. But am not sure how much information I will actually need since there are no birth records for most of my family during that time. Mississippi did not keep records until the 1900's. Any help would be appreciated. :)
