I finally got it working by reinstalling the program. Don't know what the original problem was but after reinstall I was able to import from Ancestry.com rather quickly. I had a script error both times when I executed the download…
Got it, installed it and then stood and watched (2 hours so far) as it was unable to import an ancestry.com tree. It warned that it could take hours to download but it has never taken hours before. Hours to import the Ancestry.com tree is not even…

Unless I am missing something the only link is a text link in the notes tab for the source that I must clip and paste in a browser. It does take me to the correct image online.
When I hover over the hints leaf I see hints for essentially all of the…

Thanks for writing! My McLaughlins are on my husband's line. Patrick McGonagle, b bet 1872-1875 in Ireland Free State m Fanny McLaughlin, who was b abt 1875 in Ireland Free State. Her immigration was in 1893, according to the 1910 census of Boston, Suffolk, MA. She married Patrick McGonagle abt 1898, and in the 1910 census, they lived at 27 Decatur St., Boston, MA. They had three children that I know of: James, Mary, and Rose Ann. It is through Rose Ann that my husband descends. On the odd chance that you might have some McLaughlins in your line that fits this family, I'd be thrilled to hear from you again. Thanks. Diane
Hi William, I have many Murray names in my family tree, they link up with Sturrocks and Lumgairs. Some of the Murray descendants from Dundee Angus areas in Scotland went to Australia, South Africa, Canada and Australia. If I can help you with this name please let me know.
warm regards Lyn.
I have just joined this site, looks good.
