was taken to England to live with family .

- Russell - Did you register Family Tree Maker? When you do that, it should link you up to your Online Account. BUT, it sounds like you may have multiple online accounts. If you have Family Tree Maker 2010, in the Plan Workspace, in the RH Panel, you will see the Web Dashboard. You can log out of the incorrect login, then Login to the Correct one. The Web Dashboard should show you, your Online Account information.
