Roberts also born in Va I dont know his father`s name James son Charlie Winston Roberts married his 4th wife early 1904 place & exact date unknown to Nora Witty da of Lucinda Francis Glass father Wm B Witty both from Metcalfe co.Ky aft Charlie & Nora married they lived & died in Adair co.Ky in Gradyville dist Leroy precinct.I dont know her death date only it was in 1922.I do have copy of her mother & father cemt list.then to Adair co.Kyfam Adair co.Ky,Davis,My dad`s father`s fam and my grnadmother-in-law`s she was Charlie Roberts last wife.She is Lucy Jane Davis married Martin Roy Janes then when he died in 1927 she married Charlie in 1940`s.in Adair co court house.father`s fam also from KY in Metcalfe co.Ky and Jefferson co.IL and back to Ky to Green co.Ky,McComis My mom`s dad`s mother who married David Nelson Arthur,Witty,my mother-in-law`s mothers father`s fam who married into the Glass in Metcalfe co.Ky
My father-in-law is a Janes Irish I think they came to the US abt early1700`s
They were in Guilford co.N.Co. same as my Wiley fam.

For what reason did you start genealogy research?

My maternal side of the fam her maternal also has an heredity disease which involves first yrs ago the kidney then later the liver and all will cause a stroke then death due to renal failure.But then dailyisis was used and then transplant. I am one of the transplant servivors.It is called POLYCYSTIC desease.
