"Thanks William.  One of my 2nd great-grandfathers was Henry Hunsicker Brand b. 13 Aug 1854 Ohio to Michael Brand and Hannah Hunsicker.  Hannah was b. 14 Jul 1830 Montgomery Co., PA to Michael Hunsicker and Hannah Clemens."

My father's surname is Northrup and my mother had a grandmother whose maiden name was Northrup and I wanted to see if they are related and they are not at least as far back as the mid 1600's.

Michael and Ann Kinney's oldest child Bridget was born in New Jersey in 1836 and they had moved to New York by the time there 2nd son Charles was born in 1837 and were living in Ohio when there 3rd son Thomas was born in 1838
