I have tried to do this online but was told (in a phone call to the city, I believe) that you must know the county they were married in and then apply directly to that county. There is no capability at this time to search online. I may be remembering this incorrectly as it was a few months ago I Iooked into it. I know my father's second marriage was in St. Louis in 1939, but I am looking for his first. It would have been some time between 1925 and 1938, I believe and I don't know her name. My dad's name was Carl David Weiner. He was Jewish but I would be surprised if this second marriage was in a synagogue - his second was not. I actually don't have the record for his second marriage either and would be happy to have this as well. Her name was Zorada Silvernale and I believe the wedding was in Feb. or March of 1939. I know the year is correct.
That is kind of you to offer your help. I will pay you for your time if you have an idea what you might charge. Is there an easily searchable database for this at the city?
