Richard Thompson (1768-1830) and Mary Moore (1772-1819)

Richard Thompson and Mary Moore were married on 03 March 1789 in Hallifax County, Virginia.  They are my fourth great grandparents, and I am searching for information on their parents.  I believe Mary  was the daughter of James Moore, Sr. and Mary Rice, and that Mary Rice was the daughter of Joseph R. Rice and possibly Rachel.  I can't seem to find any information on Richard's parents or other ancestors, and would appreciate any information on either Richard or Mary.  A couple years after their marriage, they moved to Grainger County, Tennessee, with a group of Mary's relatives.  I am EarleenSides@gmail.com.
