I'm going waay back and am looking for a Clement Cornwell who lived in Dutchess County. My g-g-g grandfather was Clement and was born in 1798. There is a Clement listed in the Dutchess County Militia for Revolutionary War duty but I don't know how he related to my Clement. Father? Uncle? Hints anyone?

I'm also connected to your Egbert/Egbertse family. My line goes: Govert->Tunis-> Isaac-> Barbara who married a Capt. Joseph Rose. I'm afraid I don't know a lot about this bunch so I can really share anything you probably don't already know.
