I think it is a great idea. I am missing a lot of death certificates or obituaries from newspapers in my family line. Like my g. grandmother and g. g. grandmother. I have from them back and from grandmother forward but not those two. I would be excited if I looked on here and found both of them. I'm search for Mary J. Mozingo Crubaugh and her daughter Lucy Crubaugh Gardner. Anyone interested, I will give you extra info. Happy someone posted this site.

if we all add death certificates in our possession how will we ever keep track of them? there will be thousands

Allott, Thomas died 30 Jul 1902, Ovens District hospital, Church Streeet, Beechworth, Victoria, Australia. Occupation Miner. Age at Death 48 years. Cause of Death Typhoid Fever and Pneumonia over a period of 14 days. Dr David Skinner, last saw the deceased 29 Jul 1902. Father Thomas Allott Sr, Miner and mother Amelia Allott formerly Wood. Buried 31 Jul 1902 at Beechworth Cemetery, undertaker David Wilson. The Reverend R H Potter, Church of England attended. Thomas was born in England 44 years previously. Thomas married Jane Oats at Hurdle Flat Victoria 30 years previously. Children from the marriage May 17 years, Nicholas 15 years, Adela 13 years, William 11 years, Bertha 9 years, Cecil 6 years, Ruby 22 years

McPherson, Sarah nee Cairns died 28 Jul 1902 Ovens District Hospital, Church Street, Beechworth, Victoria, Australia. Sarah Aged 75. Cause of Death Shock Due to burns, the result of an inquest held by Joseph Rowan Coroner on 28 Jul 1902. Father Francis Cairns Hotel Keeper, mother Mary Cairns maiden name not known. Minister at Burial Rev J R Anderson, Presbyterian. Sarah was born in Scotland, had been 50 years in Victoria. Sarah married James McPherson in Mt Vernon, Canada West, when not known. Children from the marriage Mary 50 years old, Elspeth Deceased, Elizabeth 35 years and Margaret 32 years.
