Brock and Medland families in Exbourne area

In the early 1800s my ancestor John Brock migrated from Exbourne to London. His father, Mark Brock (1759-1834) was a tailor in Exbourne, and the son of Richard Brock (possibly born Iddesleigh 1721) and Sarah Medland (born 1717 Jacobstow).
I would be very interested in contacting others researching these families or the Exbourne area.
