My name is C. Allen Poe, and my DNA confirms my direct connection to both Simon Poe Junior and Senior. My Great Grandfather, William Erastus Poe, migrated from the Summerfiels, Guilford County, N.C. area to Parke county, Indiana soon after he was parolled from the CSA by Gen. US. Grant. I hope to hear from you and who knows, we just might both learn something.
