Well, here I am again...havent made much progress on my genealogy lately. Im excited because my grandsons Y-DNA results were just posted on Sorensons. However, Sorensons doesnt assign a haplogroup to his results. They want you to go to another site, pay them, and they will interpret the results. If I were rich that wouldnt be a problem, but...we all know that times are a bit rough right now. I have been researching my genealogy for about 3-4 yrs now. I still consider myself to be a beginner although I have much information on my family, I have so much more to do. I really enjoy it all but sometimes I do not have as much time for it as I would like. I had my DNA done with FamilyTree DNA and was so pleased to find out my history but also found out that I have a rare DNA because I do not have any matches with mine. Hi there! Great to meet you. My Clothiers are from Welland County in Ontario. Andrew and Fannie Haynes Clothier came from Stoke-sub-Hamdon, Somerset, England and both died in Netherby, Welland County, Ontario. My g-grandmother was born in Crowland, Welland County, and she married John Hirst who was from Molton, Welland County.

I got my brother's spit for Christmas last year and got it tested but to be honest, I haven't really focused on the test results. I need to do that now that Jamboree is over.
