Parents of Jeremiah Wright and family emmigration to the US and Canada

Looking for information on my GGG Grandfather Jeremiah Wright (31 Aug 1800 - 24 Feb 1879) born in Yorkshire, he emmigrated to New York where he married Sarah Wiggins then went north to Ontario Canada. have no clue as to his parents, or whether he emmigrated on his own or with his family.
