Leonard (Jack) Creasey died at Grace Hospital in 1937

I am looking for information on Leonard Buford (Jack) Creasey (Creasy)- he died at Grace Hospital in Welch, WVA on August 2, 1937. According to death record he died from crushing chest injury which occurred when he was caught between the mine car and top of the mine. Does anyone have any info? He was married to Katherine (Katie). At one time they lived in Logan WVA. I'm trying to find out what happened to Jack's wife Katie. Did she remarry? Did they have any children at the time of his death? I know Jack's body was brought back to Va but I can't find the grave. Can anyone help me? Thanks!!
