My great grandfather was John Walsh. Son of Catherine Healy and Thomas Walsh
We have not been able to find out a lot about him.
He had 3 children in and around Brisbane Queensland with his wife Mary O'Brien and then disappeared. We found him in the electoral rolls in Cairns Queensland Australia. He had three more children, this time to Ada Butler.
His marriage certificate states that he was born in Dalgany, Wicklow Ireland.
We are unsure of the date.
