Susie, I guess that I have not been able to connect your Foulk's to the Joseph Strock of 1758 line yet. I had pretty much forgotten about this web site but I found my password and was able to sign in. I have a couple of projects going and when I get them done I'll take another look.

Do tell Elaine that I say hi! Your granddaughters and my daughters took swimming lessons together, were in Girl Scouts together in addition to being classmates and friends. The family even lived in St. Charles County, Missouri, while we were there; but we didn't know each other until we met in Ohio. (St. Louis is my hometown.) I have found that genealogy shrinks our world. : )

It is a small world at times isn't it. Tom is my oldest son and Elaine my daughter-in-law. Our several great grandfather, Conrad, came to Wayne County, Ohio in 1825. Early enough to make it into the Wayne County Pioneers but not the Ohio FF. :-) Though Esther and I have other ancestors that did.

Robert - For years I lived in Stark County, Ohio. My daughters attended school with Strocks whose family was from the Dalton area. Are you related to Tom and Elaine? Elaine once told me that the family was a pioneer family to that area.
