I am married to a Meigs. I have the family history going all the way back to Vincent Meiggs (alias Vincent Love.) We have recently located more children of Vincent that were previously unknown.
It is an incredibly interesting family, and they have made their marks in history since the day they first stepped on shore in America in 1637.
