The mid-1700's Foy family of New Hanover, Pender, and Onslow Counties, North Carolina; was prosperous and interelated with some or all of theser families near today's Holly Ridge, N.C.: Eden. James, Sage and Cowan (Batts?). Jim Miller~Southport, N.C.
