I am just curious as to what others do, if anything. The first year I did a scrapbook, which included all the preparations and sheets from the games we played, as well as pictures. It took a long time, and it was different because it was the first year. A woman I work with told me that they keep a notebook that they add pictures to and everyone signs it, and it goes back to the 1940's. That sounded really neat to me, but I also wanted to document births, marriages, etc., so I came up with a similar idea - I took a photo album, the kind with the plastic that you peel up off the pages, and put a group picture from our first reunion, labelled with names below it, then a list of marriages and births that took place between the first reunion and the second, then a picture of the second reunion, followed by marriages and births between the second and the third, and so on. I'm excited to be able to add a picture from the fourth reunion after this weekend! I will also have a blank sheet for people to sign that I will include as well.
