1660 Nieuw Amsterdam Map

I thought I would post the following link to a Digital redraft of the Castello Plan of New Amsterdam in New Netherland in 1660.

The map is color-coded by the type of building: houses, warehouses, city-owned buildings, taverns, other buildings--even outhouses!

You can click on the map, zoom in and see who owns the individual properties.
