Looking for more info...

I'm looking for information on a few soldiers. The first one I'm trying to figure out if it is the father or the son. They both had the same name.
TINDLE, WILLIAM Pvt - Enl 22 May 1863 at Clarksville, AR. Absent wounded in battle 12 Sep 1863. 7th Cavalry Company B

The other one I've tried to find more information on his capture but haven't been able to yet.
WILEY, JOHN W. Pvt - Enl 12 Sep 1861 at Clarksville, AR. Discharged 17 Jun 1862. Captured 9 Jul 1863 and paroled 12-13 Jul 1863 at Port Hudson, LA 16th Arkansas Infantry (Confederate) Co. A

If anybody has any information on either of these men I'd be very grateful.
