The Caribbean Surname Index is a controlled, free resource offering a place where individuals can Post their family names, locations and notes for others to find and get in touch.
This is a (more than) decade-old resource that has proven to be very active, especially since no e-mail addresses are exposed and there is no SPAM, and in spite of the non-instant manual registration process - the two go hand in hand to protect users from the usual abuses and annoyances.
