How many times was John Cain married ?

This is what I know so sure. John Cain married Ruth Blythe in 1792 in North Carolina. He then married Oney Gentry on July 18, 1817. John then married again in 1825 to Emily Hill. I just hear that John was married to an Anna Blythe in 1803. I have never hear of this. Could someone tell me more about Anna and if this is true.
