Ruth and Anna Blythe

Were these two women married to John Cain? I have Ruth married John in 1792 in North Carolina. I have just found out that John was also married to an Anna Blythe in 1803. If some one could help me on this, it would be a VERY big help. John and Ruth are my 5th great grandparents.
