Tom Kemp, of GenealogyBank fame, posted this info to the AfriGeneas mailing list:

"Hat's off to the East Central Georgia Library puts its African American
Funeral Programs Collection online. Over 1,000 programs; 1933 to 2008. They
are mostly from the Augusta, GA area.

Hello All,

A possible source of Obituaries for those who have ancestors that may have died in Ohio may be through the Ohio Obituary On-Line Index.
http://index.rbhayes.org/hayes/index/

There are over 1.5 million Obits and Death notices in this file, check the Features Box for information on how to search the file and how to order a record when a "hit" is made.

ex. I found an Obit notice for a brother of my great-great grandfather, David Adams, who died in 1913. Details gave me age @ death, day-month-year, newspaper source, when published and how to order copy of the Obit.
