Lewis family tree

Hi Everyone.  I'm a newbie here and was wondering if anyone has any ancestors by the name of James B. Lewis, born in 1822 in New Jersey.  He married Martha M. Stackhouse (born in Ohio) and had 10 children.  Three of their children were born in Illinois, the others in Ohio.  I'm trying to find out who James' parents were and Martha's parents.  It's like my family tree hits a dead end with James and Martha.  If anyone has any information, it would be appreciated so much!!
