John Francis Lucas/Lucus

I am looking for information about John Francis Lucas/us. From what I know, he was born 8 Nov. 1871 in Waco, TX. He died on 18 Dec 1965 in Oklahoma. The family story goes that he is part Choctaw, part Cherokee, and part ???. His father was Frank Lucas/us or Francis (Frank) Allen Lucas/us, and he was born anywhere from 1830-1838, possibly also in Waco, TX or Oklahoma. Is anyone else related to either one?
