Avellino region.
I'm looking for a Luigi Biancardi - address was Avellino during the war.
He was an Italian Prisoner of War in England but returned to Italy after 1945.
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?
I don't have his service number but believe he was in the Italian army.

Thank you. But I don't speak Italian so this is not much help.
I would ideally like a birth or army certificate so that I can make sure its the right person.
