His parents were Andrew McIntosh and Martha Caldwell. James came to Australia(year unknown). His second wife was Cecilia Bannister( Her parents were Henry Bannister and Mary Ann Whelan) James and Cecilia had children in Victoria Australia. Hi Heather

Here is some info:

James Graham McIntosh (with the right parents) married 24 April 1903 at 33 Queens Square, Glasgow which is in the District of Kinning Park in the County of Lanark to Margaret White Love age 25 a Domestic Servant, spinster. They were cousins-german. Her parents were James Love, Blacksmith (Hammerman) and Margaret Love ms McIntosh. They are listed as both living at 2 Francis Street, Glasgow.

Margaret died 18 December 1927 in the Royal Cancer Hospital, Glasgow of CA Cervix. Her husband was James McIntosh - electricians labour. Her usual residence was 67 Burnhill Street, Rutherglen. Her death was registered by her daughter Martha McIntosh who also lived at the same address.

I don't know if he had any other children. Hope this helps.

Betty, Thankyou for your help. Your address for Rutherglen is same as on Aust. Army Cert. If what you say is correct, I certainly have some detective work to do. On the 1931 Australian marriage certificate for James Graham McIntosh and Cecilia Bannister it states that he was widower March 1917 with 2 dead Children(Glasgow) It also names his parents. His death certificate states he had 8 children to Cecilia here in Australia. I'm confused as to why Martha is written as his mother if what you say is fact. I will add a pic of my certificate of marriage/Death and other papers to my photos for you to see.. thanks again.
His marriage certificate does show that his mother was Martha Caldwell. His wife Margaret White Love's mother was Margaret Love maiden surname McIntosh. James Graham McIntosh married a cousin, hence Margaret's mother's surname of McIntosh.
Martha Caldwell MCIntosh was born 6 June 1908, Wolseley Street, Glasgow, in the District of Holytown and county of Lanark. Mother Margaret White McIntosh ms Love and father James Graham McIntosh, who signs the register. James' occupation is carter. It is not possible to identify other children on Scotland's people website as there are so many McIntosh births - it might be able to do it in the search room at register house.
