I came across the your name while searching for info on my 2nd great, Thomas Henry Snodgrass 1844-1893...husband of Henrietta Adeline Clark.  I'm not sure if you're the same John Snodgrass associated the the myheritage site.  If so, there might be a connection.  I'm curious as to how you're linked to my 2nd great.

Hi my name is Julie Tither, i live in New Zealand, i am currently trying to trace my family history as my father and his generation do not no any history apart from there Grandparents, my Greatgrand mothers name is Francis Te Anau Snodgrass, i dont even know her birth date. Do you know if she is from the same blood line?

John, my gg-grandfather was John B. Snodgrass born in TN. His daughter Florence married (1) John Augustus Gilbert, (2) George W. Glover, and (3) Jubal Jones. He shot and killed George, Oct. 30, 1898, when Florence was pregnant with their son Arthur Lee (Driver) Glover. The newspaper article said they were fighting was over some land Florence had from her 1st husband, but they were really fighting over a still John had behind his house in Center Point, AR. Florence had children with all three. When she married Jones, they moved to Turkey, TX where she died on March 5, 1935.

After several visits to the doctors and trying different types of formula for her to take, she is back up to her fighting weight of 7 lbs 11 oz. She has color in her skin and she's very vocal.

Well thank you again. Its good to get the names out there and with luck someone will turn up who is also looking. Although in over 25 years of doing genealogy, I have yet to find another Costelloe looking for other Costelloes, but you never know. On my Heimer side I have found many unknown cousins which has been awesome.

Well very good to know that we are all on the same page. Im not sure who sent this website to me, I suspect it might have been you, in which case, thank you! I have not put much into it yet, summer is my busy time on the farm, grandkids etc, so hopefully will get more use out of this in the wetter colder months.
