I am researching my Grandparents, John and Mary (Savage) Casper. My Grandfather immigrated in 1901. My Grandmother was born of Lithuanian parents (Frank and Josephine) in Mahoney City in 1895.

Have you found the immigration records for Frank and Josephine? I didn't find them in Mahanoy City, Schuylkill County on the 1900 census. However, the name "Savage" could have been shortened from any number of names ending in (Americanized) "-savage". In Lithuania, a '-savage' would end in '-savičius'
