George Hallion Royal Irish Rifles

I was just looking back over some old research and I came across a record of my grandfather from WWI.In the record it stated he had been charged with "leaving his post",this was while he was in hospital in England after been wounded in the Battle of the Somme.He was gone for 2 hrs,unfortunately it doesn't say where he went but my thoughts are he slipped out of the hospital…
