Hello, I am new to this site and I saw you have an interest in WHITEHORN. As far back as I can get with my Whitehorn line is John Whitehorn born in Sussex Co. Va. @ 1750 (from ancestry.com) He died 1823 same place and married Elizabeth (?Phillips?).John is my fifth great grandfather. My Whitehorn line starts with my great grandfather James A. Whitehorn born 1881 Columbus, Brown Co. Indiana and died 1918 Peoria, Illnois and married LouTessa Arwine.

Andrew, Gale Gentile(nee Breadmore) left a message on Genealogywise about Murphy.  Did you see it? Ignore this if you already know of her Breadmore connection.

Hello Andrew

I am so sorry to year of Margaret's death this week. We didn't have any ancestors in common (that we knew of!), but met through our shared interest in Wiltshire and it's wonderful tangle of old county families who have endlessly intermarried over hundreds of years. Margaret was an active member of several groups and was always keen to help and offer advice when fellow members had problems with their research. I know I am just one of very many folk who will miss her very much.

Rest in Peace Margaret.
