My link to the briglin family is through my grandmother Mavis Briglin Born 1937 East Riding Yorkshire going back to a Edward Edwin Briglin Born Born 1836 l Believe his parents Were a William Briglin and a Mary Nicholson unfortunatly l have been unable to find a birth for william and there seems to be 2 William Briglins Born around the same time and area so l need to confirm which william is Edwards father, l have found a marriage for Edward and Harriett Briglin l do not know if you have already seen it through http://www.familysearch.org ,
Edward Brigling married Harriett Snowden 28th March 1805 in Roos Yorkshire
Roos is a village and civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire,
there is also a site called Rootschat in which you could post in the yorkshire section and there are some very nice people who have birth marriages and deaths on disc or are from the area who will search for you, l unforunatly am not from yorkshire so would be unable to get access to parish records do you have the immigration record for them or childrens information of birth if born in yorkshire as l believe on some christening records have the grandfather name on of either the mother and father, l could always post it for you if you are unsure but would need a little more information
