Harry L. Wilson with Jack Earle and daughter, Dorothy, 1937

My maternal great-grandfather, Harry Wilson (RT), met and befriended Ringling-Brothers giant, Jack Earle, during his travels as the personal piano-tuner for Ossip Gabrilowitsch, conductor/composer. Jack often visited the family when he was in Michigan. This photo was taken in 1937, when Ringling Brothers were visiting Detroit. That's my grandmother, Dorothy, on the LT.
